I thought this was an apt opener for this site, really...kind of a "here's a cool idea...let's just drive with it, see where it goes." Jim Morrison is so incredible. These lyrics are so simple, yet, when you hear them coming from him...there's a level of smoothness that few can really achieve.

This is my new blog....the idea is that I'll post a daily lyric...something that's in my head, or something that's been pulling at my ear/heart/soul/spleen. Perhaps I'll post a picture to go along with that lyric.

Hopefully you all like it. Before I actually get going, I'm going to play around with the template for a while, to get it looking how I want it.
